Two things we don’t do, so you’re not left waiting on us: broken or fogged glass and insulated-glass units, and solar screens. Lock and latch work is the same — on a new unit we attach, adjust and test the latch the manufacturer supplied, and nothing beyond that.

Do you charge to come out?

No. We measure and look at the opening with you, then give you a written estimate. You approve it before any work starts, and there is no charge if you decline.

Do you replace fogged or broken glass?

No. A failed seal or a broken pane is glass work, and we don’t do it. Whole-unit replacement is what we do.

How is a window measured?

To the opening, not to the old window. A technician measures the rough opening, checks the sill and the trim, and writes what the opening actually needs.

When do I pay?

Most standard repairs are paid after completion. A deposit may be required for special-order products or larger projects and will be shown in the written estimate before you approve the work.

What does the warranty cover?

Five years on parts and labor, every repair and every install. The scope is on the estimate you approve and on the invoice.
