This Privacy Policy describes how Heather Window & Door ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, shares, and safeguards information about you when you visit our website (www.heatherwindowanddoor.com), submit a form, call us, or otherwise interact with our services. We are based in Coppell, TX and serve the Dallas, Fort Worth metroplex.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal information:
- Contact & identity data, name, phone number, email address, postal/service address.
- Service request data, type of service, urgency, description of issue, preferred timing.
- Communications data, content of messages, calls, and SMS exchanges with us, including any recordings made with notice.
- Device & usage data, IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring URL, timestamps, approximate location derived from IP. Collected via cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).
- Marketing data, UTM parameters, ad click identifiers, and the page or campaign that brought you to us.
- Anti-fraud / security data, reCAPTCHA scores and signals that help us block bot submissions.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13, and we do not knowingly process sensitive personal data (such as government IDs, precise geolocation, biometric data, health, racial/ethnic origin, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, or immigration status).

- Respond to your inquiry, prepare a free quote, and schedule and provide services.

4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with the following categories of recipients, under written contracts that restrict their use of your data:
- Service providers / processors, email delivery (SMTP2GO), hosting (Hostinger), analytics (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity), anti-bot (Google reCAPTCHA), call/SMS tracking (CallRail or equivalent), payment processing, scheduling and CRM tools, and our financing partner where you opt in.
- Professional advisors, attorneys, accountants, auditors as needed.
- Government / legal, when required by subpoena, court order, or applicable law.
- Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.
5. Calls, Texts & Recordings (TCPA Notice)
When you submit a form or call us and provide a phone number, you authorize us to contact you at that number about your service request, including by autodialed or pre-recorded voice calls and text messages, at the consent you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and you can opt out of marketing calls by telling us during a call or emailing contactus@heatherwindowanddoor.com.
For quality and training, calls with our team may be monitored or recorded with notice as permitted by Texas law.
6. Cookies, Analytics & Advertising
We use the following categories of cookies and similar technologies:
- Strictly necessary, required for the site to function (load balancing, security, form anti-bot). Cannot be turned off.
- Analytics, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, used only with your consent, to measure traffic and improve UX.
- Advertising, Google Ads conversion measurement, used only with your consent, to measure ad effectiveness.
We default analytics and advertising cookies to denied using Google Consent Mode v2. You can change your choice anytime via the Cookie Settings link in our footer or by adjusting your browser cookie controls. We respect Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by law.
7. Your Rights
Texas residents (TDPSA)
Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, you have the right to: (a) confirm whether we process your personal data and access it, (b) correct inaccuracies, (c) delete data you provided or that we obtained about you, (d) obtain a copy of your data in a portable format, and (e) opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, and certain profiling. We do not sell personal data or use it for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. To exercise rights, contact us using Section 11. We will respond within forty-five (45) days. If we decline, you may appeal by emailing contactus@heatherwindowanddoor.com with the subject line "Privacy Appeal."
California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Oregon, and other US residents
If your state grants similar privacy rights, you can submit the same kinds of requests above. We will honor verifiable consumer requests as required by your state's law. California residents may also designate an authorized agent.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including TLS encryption for the website and access controls on our backend systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Third-Party Links
Our site may link to third-party sites (Google Maps, brand manufacturer pages, social media). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies; please review them.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Effective" date at the top and, for material changes, provide additional notice (such as a banner on the site).
