How fast can someone come?
You hear the timing on the call, and no arrival window is promised.
Can I just pull the red cord?
Not with a car stuck inside or a door that went heavy: leave it and call. The red cord frees the door from the opener, and a door with a broken spring is dead weight once it is free.
